In a New Foundation Savings Bank member special meeting on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 6:00pm, the NFSB members overwhelmingly approved the merger between Miami Savings Bank and New Foundation Savings Bank. On Monday, June 1, 2026 at 8:00am, New Foundation Savings Bank located at 8249 Clara Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45239 will open as the Groesbeck Branch of Miami Savings Bank. On Saturday, June 13, 2026, the Groesbeck Branch will be closed for the core conversion merger. Memorial Days is Monday, May 25, 2026.
